We create radical new technologies that aim to take food processing to the next level and make the world a greener, more sustainable and less polluted place

C2FUT is a group of inventors and entrepreneurs who study and design solutions with the goal of paving the way for a food system that has at its core the provision of sustainable nutritious diets, and which have both public-health and environmental benefits.

We approach projects that have the aspiration and riskiness of research with the speed and ambition of a startup.

We also operate outside the food sector. In our labs, and with the help of external research centers, we are indeed developing new strategies and applications aimed at the pharmaceutical and cosmetic fields.

Know-How

We have a decades-long experience in designing and manufacturing end-to-end processing lines according to the most advanced technological standards. On the scientific side, we rely on the expertise of Giancarlo Cravotto, a renowned organic chemist whose research activity is documented by more than 390 peer-reviewed papers, 18 patents, several book chapters, and more than 400 communications to scientific meetings, including several invited plenary and keynote lectures.
